- Exchanges Please inspect your order upon arrival and make a note
on the delivery receipt if there is any visible damage. If your item was received damaged please
call us immediately. We will send a
replacement out to you and handle the claim from our office. It is important to keep the box and all
packaging for 7 business days in case the carrier wishes to inspect the
damaged goods. If you are not satisfied with your purchase – you can
return or exchange the item with 30 days of receipt as long as the item is
returned to us in it’s, new, unused and resalable condition inside it’s
original packaging. All items that are properly returned will receive a
credit for the cost of the item less any applicable restocking fees
(20%). Shipping costs are the
responsibility of the customer.
Please keep in mind that credit card companies vary in the time they
post a credit to an account so please allow 2 billing cycles for the refund
to appear on your statement. Please contact customer service for a RMA (return
